Ingredients

large eggs whole milk sourdough discard organic cane sugar melted unsalted butter all-purpose flour salt

Whisk the eggs, milk, sourdough discard, sugar and melted butter together in a large bowl

Stir half of the all-purpose flour into the batter at a time to avoid lumps

Add in the salt and whisk until the batter is completely smooth

Prepare the toppings while your crepe batter rests for 30 minutes

Cook the batter in a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat for 1 minute on each side
