Sourdough Every Day Cookbook

Sourdough Every Day is now available on all major retailers! 

Even after months of recipe development, multiple rounds of testing and sleepless nights spent writing and editing — it still feels surreal to say that I wrote a cookbook!

Sourdough Every Day is a result of my passion and obsession with sourdough. I poured my heart into each and every one of the recipes in the cookbook and I am so excited to share them all with you.

Make it Dough started as a way for me to document the lessons I learned in my own journey with sourdough and bread making. My blog quickly became a way for me to challenge myself to incorporate my sourdough starter into dishes and bakes that I never thought I would be capable enough to create. I’ve seen so many of you create my Sourdough Discard Pasta and Sourdough Danish Pastry recipe, and I can’t wait to see you guys conquer all 50 recipes in Sourdough Every Day. 

Each time I publish a new recipe on Make it Dough, I’m always nervous about negative responses or worse — that my formulas and methods won’t work for you. I’m not going to lie, my anxiety is even worse when it comes to the book. However, I am confident that I filled this book with recipes that are creative, can’t be found anywhere else, and that I absolutely love. In the book, you’ll find a recipe for a German Chocolate Cake with a sourdough discard chocolate cake that is out-of-this-world, simplified versions of bakery classics like my Sourdough Puff Pastry and unique recipes like my fluffy Sourdough Discard Pierogies.
