Ingredients

fresh or frozen raspberries granulated sugar lemon juice  cornstarch

Combine raspberries, sugar, lemon juice and cornstarch in a small saucepan

Stir ingredients until all of the cornstarch is dissolved

Cook the mixture over medium heat until thickened

Store in a 16 oz jar or another airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks
