Sourdough  Discard  Pie Crust

I don’t think I’ll be buying my crusts anymore...This crust recipe makes a crust with wonderful texture and flavor!

Why add discard to pie crust?

What you need

swipe up for the full amounts


rub the butter into the flour


gather dough into a ball


Roll the dough out and place it into your pie plate


stir starter and water in


divide the dough into discs and chill


Bake at high heat (425 F) according to recipe
