Microwave sugar and butter together for 2 minutes and whisk
Whisk in egg, egg yolks until the sugar looks completely dissolved
Stir in the vegetable oil, cocoa powder.
Whisk in sourdough discard until no traces remain.
Using a rubber spatula stir in the flour, baking soda, cornstarch and salt.
Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed
Pour batter into in an 8 by 8 pan lined with parchment.
Bake brownies at 325 F for 30 minutes.
